Edford Adair (Peachseed) Wolfinbarger Sr. IRVINE - Edford Adair (Peachseed) Wolfinbarger Sr., 80, Richmond RR., Irvine, died Thurs., Mar. 23, 2006 at Veteran Hospital, Lexington after a long illness. He was born Oct. 25, 1925 in Lexington, a son of the Peter Edford and Margaret Adair Wolfinbarger. Mr. Wolfinbarger was a member of the Irvine United Methodist Church, member of American Legion Post 79, 60 years, WWII Army Air Corp veteran, retired engineer for the L&N Railroad and owner of Wolfinbarger Auto Supply for 33 years. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy Brent Woldfinbarger. Survivors include: 4 sons, Edford Adair (Carol Joan) Wolfinbarger, Jr., Irvine, Eric (Rosemary) Wolfinbarger, Irvine, Duff (Debbie) Wolfinbarger, Irvine, and Herbert Wolfinbarger, Richmond, a daughter Mia (Bruce) Newman, Irvine. Brother, Rick Wolfinbarger, Nashville, TN and a sister Margaret M. McPhail, Atlanta, GA, 6 grandchildren Stephanie Nicole Wolfinbarger, Susan Raie Wolfinbarger, Matthew Scott (Kim) Wolfinbarger, Lucas Todd Wolfinbarger, Jessica Lee Newman and Brandon Elliott Newman, 1 great grandchild, KaymaSemione Wolfinbarger and his former wife and mother of his children, Kayma Joy McIntosh, also of Irvine. Services will be conducted 2 pm, Sun. Lewis Funeral Home, with Rev. Delvin Reece officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5:30 pm, Sat. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, West Irvine. Donations may be made to the Estill County Chapet of the DAV, 195 Springview Rd., Irvine, KY 40336.
