5 March 1811 Orphans Court Dauphin County Pennsylvania

The Petition of Magdalena Gingrich was preferred to the Court humbly showing 
That she is a minor daughter of John Gingrich late of Annville township in the 
county aforesaid, deceased, who died intestate, seized of a real and personal 
estate; that the peitioner has no guardian to take care of her person and 
estate, she therefore prays the court to appoint Felix Burkholder her guardian 
for the purpose aforesaid.  Whereupon the said petition is granted and the said 
Felix Burkholder is appointed her guardian for the purpose aforesaid.
