FUNERAL OF DR. HOWE.

Services for Newspaper Man to Be Held in Sacred Heart Church.

   Funeral services for Dr. Franklin Theodore Howe, who died early yesterday 
morning at his home, the Quincy, Brookland, will be held tomorrow afternoon 
in the Church of the Sacred Heart.  The Rev. Joseph F. McGee, pastor of the 
church, and the Rev. E. M. Southgate, pastor of St. Anthony's Church, will 
officiate.
   Burial will be in Congressional Cemetery.  List of pallbearers will be 
completed today.
