  Eliza RICE b. 11-09-1804, Chambersburg, Franklin County, PA. m. 1829 to
  
  William HARVEY, b. Harrisburg, Dauphin Co.,PA.
  
  Had 3 children: 
  Charles C. 1831; 
  Mary Jane 1833; 
  & William R. 
  in Williamsport, Washington Co, Maryland.  
  
  They moved to Springfield, Sangamon Co., Illinois by 1835 where they had 
  Samuel S. 1837; 
  Maria L. Harvey. 1839. 
  
  William Harvey was the first elected Sheriff of Sangamon Co. IL.
