Radcliffe Age - 76 Residence - A well known resident of Atglen Place of death - Died at 10 o'clock Monday morning in the Coatesville Hospital where he had been a patient since June 6. Death followed an operation which he underwent last week. Parents - A son of the late Philip and Barbara Stoner Radcliffe Spouse - The late Lydia Jane Radcliffe Survivors - The following sons and daughters: Myrtle, wife of Robert Lesher; Eva, wife of Warren Barber, and Miss Mary Radcliffe, all of Lancaster; Mrs. Susan McLaughlin, Leaman Place; Edna, wife of Elmer Miller; Elsie, wife of John Moore, and Edward and Russell Radcliffe, all of Atglen; and James Radcliffe, of Dennison, Ohio - Two brothers, Harry, of Atglen, and Samuel, of Gum Tree, and a sister, Mrs. John Singer, of Gum Tree, as well as twenty-seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren Residence - Of Atglen for thirty-five years Occupation - For forty-three years he was a track foreman for the Pennsylvania Railroad, retiring about ten years ago Religious affiliation - A member of the Atglen Presbyterian Church Organization - Tangascootac Tribe, No. 215, of Red Men. Funeral - June 19, 1941 from the Wentz Funeral Home in Atglen at 2 o'clock. Interment - Atglen Presbyterian cemetery.
