Written: 1927

I, Peter L Althouse of the Township of West Cocalico, Lancaster County and 
State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make 
and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void 
all former wills by me at any time heretofore made

Item : I, Give and bequeath unto my wife Susan N Althouse all my real estate 
and personal property which I may have in my possession at the time of my 
death as long as she remains my widow.

Item : And after the death of my wife Susan N Althouse I, direct my estate 
shall be equally divided unto my four children namely, Wayne W Althouse, 
William W Althouse, Mary Althouse, and Joseph W Althouse their heirs and legal 
representatives.

Item : If my wife so wishes I give my hereinafter named Executor the right to 
sell all my personal property for the purpose of paying the debt which Joseph 
Hainley holds against me.

And lastely I hereby, constitute, and appoint my said son, (Joseph W Althouse) 
to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this A.D. 1927.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Peter L Althouse as 
and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who have hereunto 
subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the perence of 
the said Testator and of each other.
