Deceased had been ailing for the past 3 weeks with a complication of diseases, due to old age. He was aged 83 years. The remains were taken in charge by Undertaker I. N. Bahney and on Friday afternoon will be brought to this place for interment on Union cemetery. Services will be conducted in the Reformed church by Rev. J. Lewis Fluck at 2.30 o'clock. Prior to his admittance to the almshouse, Mr. Fisher resided a short distance south of West Myerstown, where he conducted a small farm. In his younger days he was prosperous, bur reverses overtook him and he died practically a poor man. His wife preceded him in death many years ago. Mr. Fisher was a member of the local order of Knights of Pythias, which organization has taken charge of the funeral services. The last rites of the order will be spoken over the grave and six fellow members will officiate as pallbearers, as follows: W. H. Price, Geo. Price, Thomas Yiengst, Warren Hain, Frank H.
