There are many illegible and broken stones. There is a bronze plaque erected not far from the Molly Pitcher monument that honors the Revolutionary soldiers interred in the cemetery. There are three columns on the plaque. Erected by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Grateful appreciation of the Services of these Soldiers of the Revolutionary War who lie buried here.
